I had such a great stay at this hotel in Syracuse! First of all, the location was fantastic. It was at the northern edge of Ortigia, which meant that I was just steps away from the bustling street market. I loved waking up in the morning and enjoying my breakfast on the balcony overlooking all the activity below. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious! There was a wide variety of options, from cakes to breads, along with a coffee machine for that perfect cup of joe. The staff were also incredibly helpful, providing detailed instructions on how to navigate the area and where to park my car. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a big double bed that ensured a good night's sleep. this hotel offered great value for the price I paid.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy hotel located just above the famous Ortigia street market. the staff were friendly and always available to help. the room was spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with natural light. We loved the complementary coffee and tea making facilities, and breakfast vouchers for a nearby cafe. the location was perfect, close to the parking Talete outside the ZTL, and just around the corner from our favorite restaurant.

The noise from the street could be bothersome at times.

Conveniently located near a popular restaurant in Ortigia. Easy access to parking and walking distance to tourist attractions. Rooms are spacious with useful amenities and a shared living room. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast at nearby cafe is delicious with sea views.

The hotel offered complimentary water bottles and vouchers for breakfast which was a pleasant surprise. Its location was perfect, easily accessible to all the tourist sites and car parking for just €15. The room was decorated with a modern design with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

The noise levels were quite high especially during the Xmas holiday period, making it difficult to sleep at night. The towels didn't dry well due to the high humidity.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was amazing, nestled right next to the bustling Saturday market and just down the street from shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of my room was perfect, with modern amenities and furnishings, made it feel like a luxurious home away from home.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently situated close to important landmarks such as Piazza Archimede and Piazza Duomo, making it easy for me to navigate around the city. the staff were incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions on how to reach the hotel and where to park my car. This was especially useful since street parking was not allowed in the area. the availability of Nespresso coffee in the common room was a nice touch, offering a caffeine fix to start my day.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the noise from the outside was quite noticeable, which could be a disturbance for light sleepers.

the glass partitions made it difficult to have privacy, which was inconvenient.

my recent stay in syracuse far exceeded my expectations. design 4 rooms was a standout experience while walking around the city. the stunning interior design, warm welcome from the staff and helpful restaurant recommendations made this stay unforgettable.
